These fences are built rock solid with postholes dug to 3 ft. deep and 2 bags of concrete per hole. 2 X 4 cross members are assembled with 3 1/2" screws with fence boards and strapping affixed with 2" screws. Gates, garbage racks and recycling bin racks are made to order.
Includes existing fence removal.
Decks above 24" and Walkout 2 Story Decks
Walkout decks and what to expect.
Any deck above 24" in height and walkout decks which are usually 9' off the ground always require a permit to build. Having a permit protects you from shoddy building practices and ensures the ability to sell the house at a later date. Building permits are always required but sometimes a development permit is required in certain circumstances. We will handle all the paperwork, diagrams and permits so you can feel confident the job is being done right. Pressure treated timbers are used for the structual part of the build with a variety of decking including hardwoods, composites, cedar and duradek.
Decks Less Than 24" Off The Ground
Ground Level decks and what to expect.
A ground level deck is usually 24" or less off the ground and does not require a permit to build. These decks still require footings and are built out of pressure treated timbers for the main structure and a wide variety of decking.

How Do The Stairs Work For Me
Stairs no matter if they are bending around a walkout deck or running the full length of a ground level deck stairs are an important piece to the puzzle. We can design and install spiral staircases made out of aluminum or a wood staircase with inlaid treads wrapped with duradek. What ever materials you decide to use a solid set of stairs gives you easy access to your backyard.
